Turnaround Time
Current turnaround time (number of days/weeks before an item ships) is the following as of June 9, 2018:
Any non-custom cat toys, over-the-collar bandanas, and small pet bedding (excluding cage liners) have a turnaround time of 2-4 business days.
Any custom item or tie-on bandana have a turnaround time of 2-4 weeks, but in some cases tie-on bandanas may be ready to ship in just a few days.
All cage liners have a minimum turnaround time of 3 weeks. Please refer to product page to know the current turnaround time of cage liners.
Cancellation Policy
For non custom made orders: If your order has not shipped, you may have your order cancelled and receive a 100% refund. Orders may be cancelled for any reason prior to shipping.
For cage liners and custom items: If materials for your order has not been bought and the order has not been worked on, you may have your ordered cancelled and receive a 100% refund. Partial refunds may be given after progress on your order has been made; partial refunds exclude cost of materials for the order (typically 50%).
If an order must be cancelled, a message must be sent to the shop immediately.
Only unopened packages may be returned, after getting approval from the shop owner (Morgan).
The buyer must pay the shipping to return item(s), and any previous shipping charges are not refundable.
Refund Policy
If there is an actual defect on my part, items can be returned and replaced without cost (besides shipping cost) within the allotted time frame of 1 week – if I was contacted prior to the item being shipped back. Items that have been well worn, abused, placed in a pet’s cages, and/or purposefully destroyed will not be accepted for replacement. Said items will be shipped back to you without refund. After 1 week, items are 100% non-refundable.
Once an item subject to a refund is shipped back to the shop, it is at the shop owner's discretion to withhold the refund if the item has evidence of it being used.
Sale and discounted items are not eligible for refunds.
For orders lost or damaged during transit, a claim must be made through USPS. To file claims for damaged orders, I must have proof of damage with photos (both packaging and item(s)) immediately as I only have 3 days to file a claim after delivery. If an item is lost in the mail, I can either issue a refund or recreate the item. I do not consider an item lost until after 30 days after the date the item was shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
I accept returns and exchanges as long as the following requirements are met:
- I accept returns, just contact me within 3 days of delivery.
- Items that are to be returned/exchanged must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery.
- Cancellation request must be made within 24 hours of purchase as items may be shipped or supplies for items may be ordered after 24 hours.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale
- Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
