The Contract Period
The Brand Rep will be involved for a period of approximately 3 calendar months. If both parties desire to continue the contract after this period, the below terms and conditions stand.
What's Involved
- Having a public and very active Instagram account.
- Genuine love, support, and enthusiasm for the products and our brand.
- Promote the brand on your own Instagram through photography of wearing/using Playful Fox & Co. products at least once a week. Please make sure photos are clear.
- Engage in our Facebook Group (Playful Fox & Co. - Handmade Pet Products) - make posts, like and comment on other posts.
- Promote the brand in other Facebook Groups. List of groups that we know promoting is allowed in will be shared with you.
- Join our Pinterest boards, if you have Pinterest. Pinning in our boards helps our Pinterest grow. If you choose to let us join your boards, we will happily pin in your boards too.
- Email unwatermarked photos to playfulfoxco@gmail.com. A minimum of 3 photos per item required. Any blurry photos most likely will not be used or reposted, so it is highly encouraged to provide quality, clear, and bright photos. Bonus points if the photos are 5x7 portrait friendly (out website photo size).
- Promote and share any and all brand announcements such as promotions, giveaways, and new product launches as either post or Instagram Stories.
- Playful Fox & Co. reserves the right to use any and all photographs brand reps send us of our products being modeled on all social media accounts, promotional flyers, our websites, and all advertisements.
What The Brand Rep Gets In Return
- We no longer have a purchase requirement! Instead, we ask that you just cover shipping costs. One (1) free item will be sent at the beginning of the term so that you have something to show off while promoting the brand. Please share unboxing/unbagging videos/photos of your new Playful Fox & Co. goodies - followers love those, and so do we!
- A 40% off coupon code for only you to use for the duration of your Rep term - 3 photos due per item ordered and per free item given.
- A unique 15% off coupon code for your followers and friends for the duration of the term.
- Earn free items/bigger discounts - every time someone uses your 15% of code or mentions your Instagram handle at checkout, you will earn 1 point. These points can be redeemed as shop credit (1 point = $1 USD). Other opportunities to earn store credit or gift cards may be given, such as contests between fellow reps.

- Lots of love, support, and appreciation - have a giveaway or need help with something like a GoFundMe? We are happy to spread the word and help where we can.
- Exposure on Playful Fox & Co. social medias
End Contract
We have the right to withdraw you from the contract at anytime, without question, if we find you are not abiding by the terms and conditions. High quality photos must be given in return of free products; failure to do so will result in the brand rep having to return the item or pay for the item. If an item does not fit your pet, the item will be exchanged for another item - the new item may or may not be in the same print as the original item.
We choose not to have our competition as Brand Reps, although we appreciate your love and support.
